Sq. Footage

Charged square foot rates based on "wall to wall" when the room is filled with furniture.

Response: Square foot rates are only for Groupon deals. We have to list sq. feet vs. room rates for Groupon to accommodate the various situations of all customers to provide the most fair rates. Our company policy is to give the lead technician full discretion on how to charge sq. feet depending on how much furniture or other items they have to go around, which takes more time to clean than an empty room.

Excellent Job!

They fixed a hole in our carpet that our dog did and did an excellent job! I can't tell where the hole used to be at all and the 2 guys that came over were very friendly and professional, and the price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend this company.

Outstanding and Professional!

Both guys showed up on time, did an excellent job, and were the most courteous and professional gentlemen they could be. Such a welcome relief from some other companies who act like they couldn't care less. They even found ways to save me money by utilizing a plug instead of a patch on my carpet, and made sure their work was thorough and complete. All around great company, from technicians to the customer support. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality work at a great price with excellent customer service.

I just wanted to let you know that we are VERY PLEASED with the job you did yesterday. Our Berber weave carpet was flat and "tired" looking. Now it is clean and the texture looks like new. Sam and his co-worker were prompt, professional and friendly. All in all, a very positive experience. We'll be calling you again.

Great Results!

We have two dogs, and were fostering two young puppies with no house training. We had deep soaked in urine stains that had set for a month and I thought would never come out. Fetz came in and quickly assessed our situation. They were able to get the stains and the smell out easily. They were very professional and seemed to do it in no time.
